Not sure whether an 18-inch wand reaches the clog in your tub, or which refill card fits the handle you already own? Write to us, and a person replies.
drainline@flexisnake.co. Tell us which drain is slow (sink, shower, tub or kitchen) and what you have already tried. The reply comes back shorter that way.
Orders and returns
Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. For an order you have already placed, their order page is the quickest route.
