The people who run the FlexiSnake catalog write every page on flexisnake.co. Here is how a fact gets onto a page.

Facts about the products

Wand lengths, wand counts, pack sizes and what comes in each pack are taken from our own product data and from the printed card. When two descriptions of one product disagree, we print the more careful figure or leave it out.

The photographs show our own products. Pictures with slogans, arrows or step numbers printed over them stay off the site, and where a product photo had a caption strip along one edge, we show the photo without the strip. The film on the home page is our own animation of the wand, with no voice and no captions; the longer demo film is ours too and keeps its own captions.

What we do not claim

We describe what a wand, a strainer or a pod does. We do not promise that a tool clears every clog, that a pipe of any age is safe with any product, or that a chemical works in a set number of minutes. Where a page talks about drain chemicals or septic systems, it names the public source it relies on, and the date we read each source is printed beside it.
