How We Update Prices and Keep the Catalog

Prices

We update prices on a schedule, and the whole catalog moves at once. The catalog was last updated on October 1, 2026. Between two updates a price can move at our retail partner, and if the figure at checkout differs from the one here, the checkout price is the one you pay.

Packs that come and go

Every wand count, wand length and pack size on a product page is a pack you can buy right now. A pack that stops being offered disappears from the page at the next update, and it comes back by itself when it is offered again. A product with no packs left leaves the site until it returns.

What is in the pack

Wand counts, wand lengths and the contents of each pack come from our own product data for that pack and from the printed card. The Max with 20-inch wands and the Max with 30-inch wands are two different packs, and each page shows the figure for the one you pick.

Ratings

The stars and the count next to a product are the ratings buyers gave that product family. Several pack sizes of one product share one pool of ratings, so we count each pool once when we add them up.

Photographs and films

Product photos show our own products. Many of our product pictures carry a caption strip along one edge; where the photo above it is clean, we show the photo without the strip, and pictures with arrows, step numbers or slogans across them stay off the site. The film at the top of the home page is our own animation of the wand, and the demo film below it is ours too.

Drain chemicals and septic tanks

Where a page talks about drain chemicals, grease or septic systems, it relies on the public sources below, each read before it was cited. The date of that reading is printed next to each source. They are general guidance: the label on a product comes first, and a drain that backs up into another fixture belongs with a licensed plumber.
